Grover Howard Halford, age 70, passed away on February 3, 2005, it was his 50th Wedding Anniversary.
He is survived by his wife Mary Cole Halford, 1 daughter Sarah Donnell & husband Tommy of Hazen, 2 sons, Robert Halford
& Janis of Cabot & Robbin Halford & wife Keitha of Odessa, Texas.
2 Brothers, Donnell Halford of Texas & Herbert Halford of Dumas; 3 Sisters, Ida Mae Phifer of Little Rock, Gertrude
Pelinsky of Florida, & Lois Langley of Pine Bluff.
10 Grandchilden, Bianca White & husband Chris, Jonathan Halford, Maggie Stephens, Sheena Jenkins & husband Donnie,
Kyle Donnell, Alex Wyly, Abe Wyly, & Dan Johnson
1 Great-Grandchild, Blakely Donnell
2 Special Daughter -n- Laws, Sandra Buxton & Kathy Halford
Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church at Hazen Sunday, February 6, 2005
Burial was in Hamilton Cemetary.

On Sunday, June 11, 2006 Mary Jane (Cole) Halford went to Heaven to be
with Grover, her husband of 50 years.
She is survived by 2 sons, Robert (Janis) Halford of Cabot, Robbin (Keitha)
Halford of Odessa, Texas; a daughter Sarah (Tommy) Donnell of Hazen; 10 grandchildren, Bianca (Halford) White, Matt Carpenter,
Jonathan Halford, Maggie Stephens, Kyle Donnell, Sheena & Donnie Jenkins, Abe Wyly, Alex Wyly, & Dan Johnson; 2 great
grandchildren, Blakely Donnell & Aubrey Wyly; 2 special Daughter, Kathy Halford & Sandra Buxton; one sister, Eurcil
(Tea) Phillips, one brother, Bo Cole & a host of nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 15, 2006 at Boyd's Chapel in Lonoke
with interment at Hamiltion Cemetery

Jackie L. Carpenter, 69, of Hazen, died Monday, October 2, 2006 at his
home in Hazen. He was a police officer. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Brenda, and grandsons, Heath Carpenter &
Chris Rogers.
He is survived by 2 daughters, Ramey Bonds & Brenda Witherspoon; 5
sons, Micheal Carpenter, Jack Carpenter, Alex Monroe, Matt Carpenter, & Charles Neil.; 6 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Thursday, October 5 at the Biscoe Cemetary
by Bro Wayne Snider.
